I had my consultation with Dr. Constantian this morning, both my husband and I liked him very much. We found him to be very professianal and the office was maticulous. He did agree with my husband in that if I were to have only one procedure done, it should be the eyes first (in my case)Surgery date is November 9th. I could have had it done sooner but I have to arrange time away from work and the November date was better for me. I will be having both upper and lower done.
Dawn, I know your appt. is tomorrow. Please get back to me and let me know how everything went.

Hi EDS! I'm SO happy that you liked him and felt confident enough to go for it! I'm sure you'll be as happy with your surgery as I am with mine. So, the eyes have it, huh? LOL Well, this will be really interesting, because I KNOW I need something done with mine, just not sure I want to go the surgery route. I'll be following yours closely, believe me, because if I do have it done, I would want it to be with Dr. C. My appointment tomorrow is just a follow-up...maybe they take the "after" pics, I'm not sure. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks for letting us know how it went!

Hi! Just wanted to let you know I'm just back from my appt. with Dr. C. It went well, and apparently I'm "right on schedule" as far as healing goes. All I know is it feels good, so that's a plus. I don't have to go back for another 3 months unless I have any concern. EDS, I did mention at the end of the office visit that "a woman" that I didn't know except for on a message board had been in the day before and was planning on having her eyes done, LOL. He said that you had mentioned talking with someone on here, lol. As we walked out of the room he commented to Donna and Kathy in the office that I was the patient you had mentioned, lol. Anyway, just thought I'd let you know that it all went well...and I'm feeling real good about the whole thing! I guess you'll be having your surgery before I have to go back. Please keep us posted...and if you're feeling "antsy" about it, or have any questions, don't be afraid to holler for support and encouragement!

Happy to hear your healing well and feeling good about your surgery. Now that I've set the date, I'm looking forward to having it done. The Dr. said the swelling and the bruising should be pretty well gone after two weeks. I hope he's right,(too close to the holidays)but I couldn't wait until after the holidays.
