Liposuction swelling question.

On July 2nd I had lipo. done on my love handles and stomach, the morning before I went in I measured around my stomach at 39 inches, 36 waist. well I measured today August 18 and it's still 39". My doctor keeps telling me the swelling will go down, but since I work on my feet it takes alittle longer. He even has me wearing my elastic binder again. (yeah !! )
Could anyone please tell me about your swelling, and how bad it was. Thanks So Much !!

I just had Lipo myself (8/13) but have heard that it can take months for much of the swelling to go away. You may wish to post on [url="http://www.liposite.com;"]www.liposite.com;[/url] there are many people going through similar situations to yours who may be able to help.
