Question Abdominal Pain, Skin Lesions, Weight Loss ...

Hello,

For the past three months, my boyfriend has been suffering from the following:

abdominal pain: came on suddenly one night and hasn't left since. It's gotten worse over time and no drugs (acetaminophen, codiene, ASA, buscopan, sulcrate, antacids) have helped with relief. While the pain is constantly there, it increases and decreased in waves. It's in his lower abdomen and there are no triggers to it. It is worse in the morning.
chest pain: sharp pain in the centre of his chest.
headaches
chills: it can be 25' in the house and he'll be freezing.
muscle/joint pain: brought on by no triggers
skin lesions: a group of blisters on his inside thigh and side of his foot. There are also irritations on his scalp. It looks as though there are about 5-7 hairs coming from one pore. The area around it is scabby, and it's soft to the touch, kind of spongy. When pressing on these areas, they hurt.
Weight loss: he's lost around 35 lbs even though he's not eating less.
Fatigue, exhaustion.

The tests which have come back normal:
Gastroscopy
Colonscopy
Barium Upper GI Xray
Barium Lower GI Xray
Blood tests (TBC, WBC, regular enzymes)
Urine tests
Bone Xrays
Ultrasound

Has anyone ever experienced something similar, or have any insights? Thank you

Has anyone testing him for toxic issues? Does he work near a toxic land fill? Handle cleaning ingredients or pesticides or fungicides? It is possible that he may have been working with those items for a period of time and only now showing symptoms becuase the levels may have reached a critical juncture.

Has he been tested for tick-borne illnesses like Lyme Disease or Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever? I don't know if ticks are a problem where you live, but some of the symptoms sound suspiciously like a tick-borne illness.

They ruled out Crohns and Colitis? These symptoms sure sound like one or the other.

How about Celiac Disease, or one of the autoimmune disorders?

Are these small or large blisters? Itchy?

There is definately a problem on his scalp - the area is inflamed and oozing. Could be an infection, seborrheic dermatitis or a sebaceous cyst.

Abdominal pain around the navel area from no apparent cause, has been linked to stress/anxiety. Also chills, body aches and weight loss.
