Post Skin type and laser?

Hi All:

I've been looking into a rhinoplasty/chin implant and there is one more procedure I want to check out. I have "dark circles" under my eyes, some fine wrinkling (really hard to see) and a tiny bit of looseness under my eye. I asked a PS about lasering the skin, and he agreeed it could take care of everything. But, he warned I was a "Fitzpatrick Type 3" and I was at higher risk for hyper- or hypo- pigmentation in the treated area. Anybody have this happen to them? Any advice? I'm only 25, not ready for a lower bleph..
