Question Sooo tired of healing periods, but...

I had lipo of the upper and lower abs back in December of 01 which left me with too much skin. I went to 3 different surgeons who all said my only fix would be a full tuck, so OK-went in 7:00 AM July 23 02 for full tuck with lipo to inner/outer thighs, knees, flanks, hips and some more to belly area. Woke up with a mini (5" skin removed below BB, no BB revision) because he said there wasn't enough skin to pull down for a full--not what I wanted to hear post op, but if it all works out then that was OK. So now at this point I am still left with quite a lot of excess skin above the BB, plus I still have a thick ridge of skin that was left above the BB after the first lipo in Dec. that I specifically asked if it would be gone after this and was told yes, but it is still waving at me in the mirror. I also wanted some waist reduction which I was also assured would happen, and no such luck there either. I can grab a lot of skin at the sides and the area above the BB still. NOT a happy camper! If I couldn't get a full, why all this spare skin?? I can't find any real info on revision of a tuck, and I have been told skin can be excised from the upper area by pulling up and removing from under breasts. I've been considering augmentation, so I was wondering if this could be done at that time--anybody ever hear of this method (someone said it was a "reversed tuck")? I can't find any info on it. Any advise would be appreciated. After the lipo not working out in Dec. and now this, I'm feeling like a PS failure! BTW, I'm 44, 5'5". 130-135#, no pregnancies, and excercise faithfully and regularly for 20 years now.
