Smile please answer...

hey i have a few questions, if anyone can answer them it would be helpful.

first: how old do you have to be to get cosmetic surgery? (mainly for the nose and chin). how young a patient are the doctor(s) allowed to operate on? i'm not really really young...but i'm still in my teens.

second: does cosmetic surgery stunt your growth? i heard that...and want to make sure. by stunt growth...i mean you can't grow anymore... or won't grow as much anymore. (in height) is this true?

thirdly: how much...or if you could give me an estimate on how much you think it would cost for both a nose job and chin job would be helpful.

thanks

Cosemetic surgery does not stunt your growth.

As far as cost goes, that depends on your surgeon. Maybe someone here who has had nose/chin surgery could give you an idea.

You have to be old enough to no longer need your parents permission. Anyone in their teens is still young! I would suggest talking to one of your parents re: what you would like to have done.

Hi There:

I thought I'd just add my two cents. I wanted to get my nose and chin done when I was 17 or 18, but my parents wouldn't let me, and more importantly, wouldn't pay for it!

I'm probably getting my nose and maybe my chin done in December. I'm now 25. I wanted to post because your face does change over time...I feel like i have a more "adult" face now than I did back then. My question is whether I would have ended up with a nose and chin that look less appropriate now.

So, you might want to consider waiting - or you might not.
