accutane again after hairloss? retin-a .04 to .1?

who here has been on the .04 retin-a and later on upgraded to the .1? i have been on the .04 since december. my derm originally put me on the .1 but i downed it to the .04 after 3 or 4 weeks because the peeling was so severe. it quit working a couple months ago so i'm thinking i should up it to the .1?

also this week i had my derm start me back on accutane - a low dose every other day. i was on it a year and a half ago for 3 months, and had SEVERE hair loss. i am only 20, the hair loss just stopped a couple months ago, and the hair never came back. to give you an idea of how bad it was, twice this year a plumber had to come to fix my shower drain, opened it, and stuck this very long rod spring thing put in to take my hair out, which clogged the shower drain pipe so badly, that the water would back up into the bathtub when i ran the shower. i saw the gunk on the device - it was all my hair. my hair is very thin all over now. i don't have a choice now because of work, i have a tv show, which i got in april when the retin-a was working for me and my skin was clear. now it is back to being as bad as before the retin-a, right when the accutane quit working. i am running to the derm a day or two a week getting cortisone shots, which don't always work anyways. without makeup my my face looks like a pizza, just covered with all kinds of red and brown scars of every shade. too bad guys can't wear makeup in public too! i am on augmentin and will up that to zithromax this week. i changed my diet to only water, i drink 5+ 16.9 oz bottles a day, which i don't think hurts. any suggestions on increasing the retin-a strength and anything else i can use with it?
