Unhappy Symmetrical Eyes?

Anyone know if there is some sort of plastic surgery which help make the eyes symmetrical? It appears that one of my eyes is more closed than the other... which gives the appearance that one eye is bigger than the other. It is really depressing.

Hi Spydc

I'm in the same boat as you, one of my eyes is larger than the other, well not as much but it is noticeable.I've tried looking for a doctor who can operate and correct the problem. Most doctors telling me that its a thyroid problem, but from what I'm aware my thyroid is normal.

I'm still searching, hopefully I can find someone who's willing to help, it kinda sux especially when someone is looking at you & they notice the problem & it makes me feel uncomfortable.

But i've seen this one surgery on t.v. where both eyes where kind of bulging one more than the other, and the doctor took out the bone back of both of the eyes, and lined up both eyes, after the surgery the patient had perfect eyes!

It is possible to have the lid on the large eye lowered. an eye doc here in LA said that to me.
