Please Help!-Rhino consult tomorrow

I'm going in for a second Rhino consult tomorrow. I want a small bump removed, my nostrils are cut high and would like them lowered (if possible and done easily, without grafts), and my columbella (the skin between the nostrils) hangs a bit low. My nose is small, and a concern is I don't want it smaller, just a bit restructered. I'm worried that it might be narrower....A friend suggested maybe trying to make it a bit wider I know a nose can be made narrower, but can it be made wider around the nostril area? I don't want any chance of things not looking right or being obvious or unnatural..If it is made wider, do they have to put in skin Grafts, etc. and is it risky? If the bump is removed, will my nose look the same width unless I want otherwise? THANK YOU....Jane...
