The only product that I have experience with is ScarFade, and it is good. Others swear by Mederma (available at Walmart) and there are other products as well. Alot of PS aren't skilled in the transax (armpit) incision. They have to do it completely with a scope and monitor, rather than seeing first hand what they are doing. I am lucky in that my PS is experienced with that procedure. Even though your scars are around the nipple, I understand that they fade to thin almost undectable lines as well.

I don't recall exactly when I started using the ScarFade, but I think it was at about 3 weeks.
