Post Bellybuttons

Hey,

I don't know if this would count as cosmetic surgery or not, but my friend was telling me about how outie bellybuttons can be turned into innies with a simple procedure. I don't particually like mine even though its not a full outie or anything. Has anyone ever had it done or heard of anyone having it? If so did it hurt, how much did it cost, were you happy with it etc?

Thanks.

Cool

Hello! Yes - they can create a new bellybutton anyway you like. i had a full abdominalplasty (all the way around - like being cut in half...) and with that they closed up my original bb and gave me a new one ( the issue here was placement, not esthetics.) Its a cute "innie" and beneath it (about 2 1/2 inches) is a small scar where the original used to be...it doesn't feel any different than the old one (i thought it would). I would guess that to alter what you have would be fairly easy, local anesthesia, and somewhat inexpensive...post what happens - i'm curious! good luck, warmly, Jayem
