Post If bump removed is nose narrower???

IF a surgeon removes a hump (bump) on the top of the nose; Does that mean the nose will be More Narrow?, Or Longer...I DO Not want Either.

I think that it would depend on the surgeon and what method - is he breaking the bone? or just a simple closed "file" ? I would be more worried about looking too wide after removiong the bump than too narrow bc i assume the dr. is "sanding down" the bone on the bridge and usually that would lend to a (slightly) wider look. (think about ssanding down the corner of a block of wood to take the edge off...in fact, why dont you get a small block and a fingernail file and give yourself a visual...) hope this helps...good luck!
