Jaw/Chin liposuction??

I'm getting minor work done on my nose...and I'm thinking of getting a neck (actuall under the jawline) liposuction....(don't know what its called)....The skin under my jaw is starting to get kinda saggy...Has anyone had this done?, and do the results last?..A woman in the office had it done (don't know why, she's 28!..and loved the results)
