Hey - I am 12 days out from a rhino and now that the swelling has subsided, I can see that my surgeon forgot to change the structure on one side...explination: i had an "Irish" nose that was swung to the left - "/"..., bump in the middle of the bridge, and slightly blubous on the the right of the tip. I asked that he take the "mick" out of it by straightening, losing the bump and making the tip less blubous. Well, he did all that, but as it seems he didn't compensate for the bridge on the left side. When he centered the flesh, where it naturally laid swinging left, the bone is now no longer covered and protrudes(there is hardly any flesh in that area so it looks like a button, or better yet, it looks like he took the bump on the top of the bridge and shifted it to the left side...). I just wanted a "nothing" nose - no character - and for it to be proportioned with the rest of my features...now its smaller with LOTS of freaky character...(who has a bump on the SIDE of their nose?!?!). I feel like im way too PO'ed to speak to him now ("she who gets emotional first looses"). I am scheduled to see him in a week for a post-op..can anyone offer some calm verbage? thanks - jayem
