I had the exact same problem. I had about 2-3 weeks of sleep problems. The one thing I learned that I will pass on is the embrace the "no sleep" phase. What I mean is to not try and force the issue with "yet another" pill, but when you feel tired, sleep, when you dont exercise or read or work on computer etc. This may sound crazy, but I still cant believe that I am on day 40 and I have had a handfull of nights that I have gone to sleep without the aid of any drugs. Natural sleep? I NEVER thought that could happen, but it does. So hang in there. I worked through the hard part you are in right now, I just went out to my car, put the a/c on and set my watch for 1/2 hour then took a cat nap. When I got home, would force myself to stay up until I was dead tired, then to avoid the "sitting in bed looking at the ceiling" I would read with a book night light. If I would wake up in the middle of the night, I would either read again, or get up and switch to the couch or another bed. Good luck and remember, read the posts, there is SLEEP at the end of the tunnel and you are VERY CLOSE. DO NOT give in. One pill will screw the whole process up, TRUST ME>
