Post HELP! I am a mess...

I need to find a Plastic Surgeon in California, who is an artist at reconstruction.
A year ago, I had a breast augment and lift from a "surgeon" in Yuba City. Two surgeries later, I am worse off than I started. I have capsular contracture(stage 4),inverted nipples, hypertropic scars around my areolas--can't feel anything, a suture remains under my skin, the lift was not drastic enough and my breasts sag horribly, one nipple aims down and the other upward. This female doctor attempted to do a "anchor" type lift, but she cut me straight across my breasts. In addition, without informing me she filled the 200cc implants to 325cc. Thus, the warranty is cancelled. ALSO(yes there is more), my left implant travels into my armpit.
I sought legal counsel, my attorney had just successfully won a case against this "doctor"-use the term loosely.
Now here comes the clincher...I went to 5 plastic surgeons in the area. None of them would support me in a law suit. Doctors don't go against doctors!
So I am out $7,100.00 dollars, lots of time, and I have gained 25lbs from being depressed. AND I am stil not fixed. I need to find a artist to correct all this. I want my implants out-yuck I have had such a bad experience I am soured on the whole idea of implants. I am looking in the San Francisco area now.
CAN ANYONE HELP ME-PLEASE

Get another lawyer, cause you have some case. Take pictures. Get your records. Check out Dr. Romano. Cal. Contact marianne yes they are fake .net. Call the big hospitals in the areas and get referrals. There are state agencies to document this case. Contact the AMA,Write a letter to this butcher and send a copy to a lawyer. Demand a refund. Dont give up!

This is a good reason why it is SO important to do a lot of research BEFORE you get breast implants. I live in Vegas and am a model. I have asked every girl I know (all models here have implants) for referrals and find out if they are happy. Through research, I have narrowed it down to TWO doctors I am going to see for a consultation. I am definitely getting implants, but you have to ask around and find out who is good and who is not. I am sure other women have used your surgeon and were unhappy with the results as well. I am really sorry this happened to you, that is just awful. Good luck with your lawsuit, and if you decide on more breast surgeries, check out Vegas. The doctors here are much cheaper because of the volume, and there are GOOD doctors here. Try Dr. Markman and Dr. Weiland!

My sympathies!
Have you thought about contacting a talk show??
There are many that do stories like yours,
and if what i've read in the supermarket mags are correct, even Jenny Jones had major troubles with her implants. (I think she had them removed.)
You might contact a talk show, tell them they need to do a story about surgery mistakes, and ask if they can, after the show, put you in touch with a surgeon who can help. See if you can get back on the show later, to reveal a happy ending. If the surgeon got some free TV coverage, he might be willing to reduce his fees, also!
What have you got to lose?

I'm so sorry to hear about your experience! I had a reduction 1 year ago and have just healed and closed about 2 months ago. I was a DDD and was suppose to be reduced to a D. Two surgeries and lots of wound care later I am left with a B cup on one side and large A cup on the other. I have severe scarring and one nipple that points in the air and one that has lost all pigmentation. I am left with one scar that is 1 inch wide and 3 inches long. Don't give up on finding a surgeon to help you there are good drs. I was blessed a dr cared for me when no one else would touch me. I know of a surgeon in Venice Florida that specializes in helping women like us. I also know of a woman who may be able to help you legally if u haven't found any help yet. Her name is Kathy go to [removed]check out her credentials. And good luck to you. Let me know if u would like additional information.
