zoloft to serafim - quit zoloft CT?

I was given 20mg serafim today by my OB since after 10 yrs of zoloft *which did work wonders* just stopped working.

Question - I am currently *very recently* taking 200mg zoloft late afternoon after my 30mg adderall seems to wear off. all this done by a neurologist and testing.

So, should I just quit the zoloft and start the serafim or taper off the zoloft while taking the serafim.

btw - serafim is basically prozac. i have heard zoloft w/d horror stories.
