Tequin (Gatifloxin) and Leg Pain

I have been taking Tequin for the last 3 days for a sinus infection and yesterday I woke up with what felt like a charlie horse in both calves. I still hurt today so I called the doctor and she told me to stop taking the Tequin because that was what was causing it. I asked if it would go away and she just said "Not sure but let's see, call me on Monday". Of course I jumped on the internet and found all sorts of horror stories. I know everyone is different but now I'm scared. They say it causes ruptured tendons but I think with me, it's just the calf muscles.

Anyway, has anyone had this problem and will it go away?

I appreciate any help you can give!
