Exclamation Anxiety/ inner ear? Anyone have this?

Hey guys, I'm new here and am just looking for what this could be. I just graduated from college and am in this "mass confusion and stressed out/what is life" phase right now which I hear is normal but here is my question. My mind feels like it's always in the clouds and I feel like something is wrong with me all the time. Never had this in college. BUT..I am dizzy all the time now and get tired headaches and sleep a little more now that the stress has come about.
My question is: What's up with the dizzyness and the 'feeling spacy and out of it?" I also get nauseaus a lot recently and even went to an amusement park realizing that I get more and more queasy on rides than before! My mom has inner ear probs and I definitely think I have them too and it does get worse as you are older and my sinuses arent great. I recently got off of Yasmin because of tachycardia issues and severe dizzyness and numbness in toes (weird) but that was a month ago. Could inner ear problems be causing this weird feeling and all these probs?

Moreover, AM I JUST BEING A LOSER!?!
