I am not sure why you would want to lose more actually???? how tall are you??
It doesn't sound like you are getting enough calories and fruit is good but if you eat too much it breaks down as sugar....thus goes to fat stores....shouldn't really have more than 2 servings a day...
healthy snacks...handful of nuts, cottage cheese, yuppers some fruit if you haven't had any...

maybe check out the weight loss boards and see what you think of all the info there.
