sorry guys, i need to vent!!!

i just found out we are goin 2 my sis house for dinner& shes having pizza& i cant have any because tomorrow is my weigh in. normally, id postpone, but im leaving fri for vacation& cant. now im stuck!!!!!! theres no way im sitting at that table. this is killing me!!!! i better lose after this

bring over a big salad for yourself....and they'll feel guilty...no I am kidding.
seee how people try to sabbatoge losers....
well think of it this way...YOU aren't falling into the trap and you will look and feel great for it.
I hate pizza and the way it makes me feel after I eat it...like a big piece of greasy icky cheese..

I just eat the tops off the pizza. I low carb, and this is total legal.

just curious,

if you religiously use starch blockers, why do you eat only the tops? all you have to do is take 2 or 3 of them 15 min. before& you can have 2-3 sl. guilt free!
