I will have a myoplex lite shake in the morning. I rotate it with other things so I don't get bored. I add stuff to it - bananas, flax seed oil, energy greens powder, etc. I find that in a couple of hours I am hungry, so I bring an energy bar with me on those days. I like them. Chocolate is my favorite. I add a little peppermint oil to that with some ice cubes and put in the blender. Yum!
