Post what the??...eat more and lose weight??

ok...this is weird....i was on a low carb diet...but the past week i have been eating like a pig...i mean really..

first off in one day i ate 3 big containers of yogurt(750 grams each)...5 cans of tuna and 2 loafs of whole wheat bread plus half of a whole cheese cake...i dont know why but the rest of the week was like this....however by the end of the week i weighed myself and i weighed 11 pounds less...now i was confused..but does anyone know the reason for this?? plse and tks

Sometimes the scale can fail. I know the scale that we use, shows our weight 10 pounds less than the actual weight (that is compared to accurate scales in the doctor's office) We like our scale better.

Sometimes it can be water loss too. I'm sure some others could describe their experiences too, that might explain a sudden weight loss for no apparent logical reason.

It perhaps was a water loss. Low carb or no carb diets uaully do that but you said you had 2 loafs of bread?
Anyways, are you on any medications? Are you exercising?
