Crazed doesn't seem to be joking. Anorexia is not a diet plan. It's deliberate starvation and it can do irreparable damage to your body and even kill you. Vegetarianism isn't _exactly_ a weight loss regimen, but it can be so long as you dont think that 7 Layer Burritos are healthy because they have no meat.

I definitely agree that you should see a doctor or dietician and try to increase activity in the mean time. Go for walks, try rollerblading, biking... anything to get the blood moving and get your body's furnace hot and ready to burn calories. Good Luck!
