Post vitamins etc.

I want to get the most important vitamins and minerals in my daily diet (including protein) but still keep my caloric intake at 1200 a day. Any tips?

the usual, no junk food or soda cept diet if you drink it,
whole grain breads etc, fresh fruits and veggies if not frozen is almost as good and canned it OK esp for things you cook since we cook canned veggies alot less then fresh generally.

lean meats and seafood/fish esp very healthy

soups are generally nutrious for just a little calories

Have a great day
