Has anyone used Xenical to lose weight? Its a perscription drug. Its suppose to prevent 30% of the fat you eat from being absorbed by your body. Its not cheap.

no its not. that y i use chitosan.

I have heard that Chitosan doesn't work. That it absorbs a little fat but not enough to make a difference.

it depends on how much fat you eat&how much chitosan you take. enforma fat trapper takes about 5 min to dissolve&absorbs 10g fat wh 1 cap.

Hey Andrea,
It seems to me you are relying too much on pills, which I do not highly recommend doing. You are doing more harm than good. When you take fat blockers, you are also ridding your body of precious vitamins (fat soluble ones). Why not just exercise? It's not the easy way but its the healthiest thing to do. Your body will reward you too
