I responded to your TX question as part of my reply to jessy in "just started treatment and feeling good," below.
but I see you have asked in many places, so I don't know if you will find that answer.
Please check it now, and also note this sentence from the CDC web pages on hep B:

# Adefovir dipivoxil, interferon alfa-2b, pegylated interferon alfa-2a, lamivudine, and entecavir are five drugs used for the treatment of persons with chronic hepatitis B.

these all may be worth discussing with the liver doctor(s) you are seeing.
