Hi all, I am hoping you could maybe share some advice or thoughts...I am a little overweight at the moment but I'm loosing weight rapidly due to a good diet and plenty of exercise. The only problem is, i can't seem to shift fat off my hip area, this seems strange for a guy but that's where it all seems to build, I actually lost loads of weight and had a 6 pack in the summer of last year yet I still had fat around my hips....
Are there any good exercises to get rid off these annoying love handles?

oh and I'd also like to get some good exercises to tone and not build, I did lots of building last year and now I look bigger than what I am because of the muscle that's under the fat, like I got pecks then got lazy, you know the outcome!

what is the best way to get rid of beer boobs without building loads of muscle? just very light peck deck work maybe?
any help will be well appreciated
