*SHARE Remedies or BODY ODOR & BAD BREATH*

To everyone i found this online and someon says it works

I had body odour and bad breath. I have cured my body odour, now just the BB to go.

It actually happened incidentally, as i was looking at ways to gain weight and discovered an old herbal recipe which calls for the following:

1 WHOLE LEMON
1 TBS OLIVE OIL (GOOD QUALITY)
1.5 CUPS OF WATER OR FRIUT JUICE IF YOU PREFER.

PUT ALL INTO A BLENDER AND WIZZ FOR 2-3 MINUTES ON HIGH.
STRAIN THE LIQUID THROUGH A SIEVE TO DISCARD THE PULP( THERE WON'T BE MUCH OF IT IF YOU BLEND IT GOOD), AND DRINK THIS WITH YOUR MEALS.

I FOUND 1 WHOLE LEMON TOO MUCH TO DRINK SO I USE HALF A LEMON AND 1 CUP OF WATER WITH 1 TBS OLIVE OIL. NO JUICE FOR ME AS I HAVE CANDIDA.

i only started this seven days ago, and only drank it once a day after my evening meal. My body odour stopped after 5 days, and for the past 4 days i have not had the drink(but i do intend to continue with it long term)and still no BO.
i am currently not even using any deoderants, and although i do sweat if i get stressed there is no smell!!
I hope it works as well for anyone else who would like to try it.

Re: Remedies or BODY ODOR

This one is for Bad breath

Tea Tree Oil: This is a naturally occurring substance that disinfects. It has been used for generations and was extremely popular before antibiotics were available. Some people who prefer to use natural products like to try mouthwashes and toothpastes containing tea tree oil.

Hydrogen peroxide: This is another substance that has been used for long time in many applications and in the mouth has been used to treat periodontal disease. If incorporated in a mouthwash in the correct dose it has an oxidation effect but also has a debridement perfect because of the bubbling action that results when it is swished around in the mouth. It helps remove debris from the dorsum of the tongue and the cheek surfaces. Some dentists also believe it assists in cases of active periodontal disease.

Triclosan: This anti-bacterial agent has been passed by the relevant authorities as being safe to use in mouthwashes. It is usually present in a very low concentration and has a lasting effect. It is regarded as safe having been used for long time in skin creams

Cetylpyridium: This is another antibacterial agent that also has a lasting effect and helps reduce anaerobe numbers.

Chitosan: This is a substance used in other areas such as weight loss products. It is made from the exo-skeletons of shellfish and should therefore not be used by persons who have a shellfish allergy. It action is to combine with other compounds and pass through the intestinal tract to be excreted.

CoenzymeQ10: This is a compound that we make ourselves and hence is biocompatible. As we age some of us seem to be deficient and so supplementation is advised by some clinicians especially cardiac specialists. More recently it has been found to help control periodontal disease in some people. It is expensive but some toothpastes do contain this compound.

Folic Acid: Supplementation of this compound is advised for a number of conditions and it has been suggested that folic acid mouthwashes and toothpastes will help in cases of periodontal disease.

Lacttoferrin: It has been suggested that this compound is a bactericide that helps to interfere with the adhesion of bacteria to gum tissue. This would assist in the control of periodontal disease.

Xylitol: This is a natural sweetener used in many foods and oral hygiene products. It is claimed to reduce the incidence of dental caries but I have not seen any claims that it reduces the incidence of periodontal disease.

Re: Remedies or BODY ODOR

Use a mouth wash called Peroxyl, and a tongue cleaner. This will remove old bacteria from your mouth and tongue, and leave your breath fresh and clean. You can find this products in the oral hygiene section in your pharmacy or you can ask any of the employees there.

If you feel that the problem is more acute when you eat some food, and you have a health insurance, go to an allergy doctor. He will do the tests and tell you what you are allergic to, but he will not tell you how to solve your problem. He will tell you to avoid those foods. Very difficult, No? especially if you are allergic to more than 95% of what you eat like I was.

Then go to Google, type leaky gut, and follow the advice in any of those sites. They know what they are talking about and the information they have there will answer all your questions of why food allergies and why body odor. They led me to find the answer, and start my own recovery. It has helped me a lot. Now I can try to help other people.

What I did:

After using the mouth wash and tongue cleaner, I took Calcium, magnessium, zinc, selenium and potassium for about a month. (read about the effect of these minerals in our cells and see the relationship with the problem)

Then I took Smart Cleanse for 1 whole month following the instructions.

After that I started a program with Threelac, Colostrum, cat's claw, active enzymes,

Oxy-gen , probiotics, plus the minerals above. Now my bad breath and body odor are gone, and my self esteem has improved a lot.

Believe me, This works!

Follow this advice, and post a reply if it helped you. Good Luck!

If you are taking medicines, please, ask your doctor before starting this program.
