I have a minor eye infection at the bottom of my right eye and when i touch it its a bit sore.. I've been taking accutane for 1 half months and lately i've been on the computer for very long periods of time.. sort of straining my eyes alot and so i think that's why my eye is quite sore. Anyone know if i can take antibiotics with accutane? (cephalexin)

You can...but it has to be checked with first by your doctor or derm. Some anti-biotics, even over the counter meds for flu/allergies can cause accutane to not work...so deffinetly call one of them and ask them before you get a medication, but yes you can as long as its approved.
