Prozac makes me sleepy

I have been taking Prozac for PMDD for over a year now. Lately I began having problems with my depression so I went to the doctor. While we were talking I brought up the fact that the Prozac made me so sleepy I could not take it in the morning. He told me that was unusual, that it caused the opposite reaction in most people. I was just wondering if anyone else had that problem. I have found that most sleeping pills and anithistimines will keep me from sleeping while they make others drowsy.
