Question I need an answer =(

A good while ago I got a rash on both sides of my mouth, below the corner of my lips so I used hydrocortisone cream and ended up using too much of it because I was dumb and didn't look up the side effects. Now my skin has real thin line, stretched looking skin in those areas and turn red when I smile/talk/yawn. I've used a psorasis lotion and it just made another rash come. It doesn't itch at all or bother me besides looking ugly, it's a little tight but not very much if I don't have a moisturizer on it. I don't really produce any acne besides a couple from all the lotions irritating my skin. Someone on the Acne board suggested that I use Eucerin Aquaphor, so I bought it and to me it looks and seems just like neosporin. I've been using it for about 3-4 days, if it's going to help, how long should I try it? Also, does anyone have any suggestions of what I should do? I can't really get to a dermatologist at the moment.

Sorry for the long rant, thanks!
