Post Don't know what you would consider this is?????

Hi,

For the past week I have been having a slight throbbing pain in my jaw, it is really hard to describe. Like a light faint throbbing.

I do grind my teeth alot, and my jaw makes a little noise when I move it sometimes, but not all of the time.

I don't know if it is TMJ, but it seems the more stressed out I get the more the pain comes on, but I am really not noticing myself grinding, unless I am doing it without even noticing.

Is there anything else that can cause the jaw pain, as I said it is not really painful, it is just a tiny bit uncomfortable.

Thanks for any answers....
