Thank you all for replies.
I was reading some posts on this board, something about sleep apnea, where you can wake up or partial wake from sleep because stop breathing for moments. I see doc today, he didn't prescribe inhaler even though I asked for one. I stagger around on 2 to 3 hours sleep a day, don't know how long I can tolerate this. My work is suffering. But this is old old news for most of you. I really don't know how people with allergies or sinus problems for years cope. Maybe the allergist can tell me if I have mild version of asthma.
