Reglan blues

Hello, fellow stomach sufferers. I'm currently on Reglan for gastroparesis, after having taken Propulsid for years (well, THAT'S over now, with the medication off the market - and the Reglan is actually better for my stomach), and I'm experiencing fatigue, anxiety, depression and agitation, even on only 5mg twice a day. I'm dealing with it, but I'm wondering if anyone knows if there's any timetable concerning the FDA approval of Motilium for the US?

p.s. I also take Prilosec for GERD. I suppposedly have my diabetes to thank for all this fun!

And, furthermore, I found out today from a rep at Janssen that Motilium (domperidone) is not going to be merchandised in the USA, as it is in Mexico and Canada, after all. I was told they are not even considering it - it would NOT be a matter of "three months or six months down the line."
