mikeb Senior Member (male) Join Date: Aug 2001 Posts: 147	Pysllium recipe Many intestinal cleanses I've found use psyllium and bentonite. Does anyone know the proper amounts of each to use and how often? (or maybe where to find out) And... Has anyone had any success (of any kind) with this type of cleanse? (or other type of treatment)(for any gastro malidy)
