I have had a H.Hernia for 20+ yrs. with the GERD problem. Try elevating the head of your bed 6 in. or so. Do not use extra pillows as this will make the problem worse. You need to get the esopagus higher than the stomach. I don't know about the other symtoms, but I have had some strange side affects from taking some meds. Check with the pharmacist about the dizziness and the tingling, they can be of great help ( and easier to get in touch with). The dizziness could be alot of things and one of them could be "low blood sugar" ( acts like Diabetes). I am borderline with it myself. I know I eat too many sweets, high protein is better. About the tingling, I experience it with the Carpral Tunnel Syndrome. If it is in both hands at the same time it sounds like a circulation (amount of oxegyn in blood) problem. At any rate you better notify your Dr. I hope the problem leaves soon. The H. Heria can be helped with expensive Meds. (I can't afford,no Ins.) but have learned many things to help.
