Post post food reaction

hi, i'm diagnosed ibd and have been having problems after i eat for some time,i've tried eliminating trigger foods but i still suffer to some extent.I've just borrowed a blood pressure monitor and found that my bp rises 165+/95+ with a pulse of 90+ after i eat.Does anyone else have this problem.I'd suffer with typical vasomotor symptoms and then fall asleep. The reaction isn't so bad now,i'm less sensitive since cutting out trigger foods but it still has a massive affect on my daily life.Ibd is hard enough without this nuisance.Somebody told me it sounded like dumping syndrome but thats only supposed to affect post stomach op patients. If you have any thoughts or questions please feel free to reply here anytime. thanks
