Question short term dis to long term dis, back pain

I have been out since March, had fusion C 5-6-7. I am on s/t dis. My benefits will end 7/28 if the dis co rejects me. I also had L5/s1 disc removed in 1999. I have degenerative disc disease with bulging. I have constant back pain! It is very difficult to sit for long per of time. Has anyone been able to get full disability with this? my n/s sd degen disc are normal, and I have to just deal with it? What should I do?
