Post SSI question

hi, i have a question.... i applyied for Medi-Cal(CA medicaid) and SSI seperately and i was denied both.

i appealed medi-cal and the ALJ rescinded the disability analyst 's decision and granted me medi-cal retro from 3/02. on the ALJ's decision it states i am disabled and expected to be disabled for more than 12 months.

so after i sent in my SSI request for reconsideration, they sent me a form for any new evidence to support my claim and i filled it out and attached copies of the ALJ's decision. my question is will SSI use this ALJ's decision . (all hearings at the same office) Also will my SSI go back to the date the ALJ declared me disabled. thanks
