directorofnursing Inactive Join Date: Dec 2001 Location: mcpherson, ks,usa Posts: 20	if I remember right metabolife contains ephedra or mu hang a stimulant, it is very dangerous on it's own, you should probably consult your Dr. or pharmasist before taking anything.
