Hannah,
If you love him, don't do anything at all. He can make his own choices, even though they are bad. If you really want him off, suggest an alternative to him smoking when he says he wants to. Also, try pulling up info on pot from the internet. It may help. Otherwise, leave him alone. If he starts to do violent things to you or someone you know, get help. Or, try and help him yourself. But don't you try pot. Keep straight, you may end up great.

Hey Hannah, how are ya ?

Just my personal experience........I like smoking weed, it's fun, yes probably a little harmful, but from statistics, weed is rarely habit forming. I mean yeah, you crave it, but not like a cig craving. It's fun as hell to be high especially if it's good weed. If it's good, you'll be laughing at everything...I got high with my good friend and I started pointing and cracking up at her pantry doors. Weed, in my opinion is the one drug that is least harmful. It'd be better for people to do weed then cocaine.

Basicly, I'd be happy he's just doing weed and not going to other harmful drugs...and don't listen to the rumor weed leads to other hard drugs--it doesn't. If you want to do cocaine and heroin, you're going to want to do it, it's not the weed that leads you to it it's your stupidity.

But, the downfall of weed...5 joints=150 cigarettes. That's a lot of harmful substances going into your lungs...that's why I stick to about 1-2 J's or 1 blunt. I hope I haven't offended anyone, but I just wanted to give her my opinion. Plus, I recently just got in lots of sh*t because my 'rents found out I've done weed sooo that's also a downfall. Just make sure he's aware of everything. To be high for an hour or so isn't worth what I've been through, but if you're slick, which I thought I was, and I was for a long time, then go for it but just remember the consequences that can come if you do get caught! Take care. Hope this helps.

(P.S. I'm not suggesting you try weed, I'm just saying from my experience and others it's not as horrible as everyone thinks it is)
