Question ULTRAM

I am on ultram been on it for a week and it makes me feel like i am going to throw up and makes me itch should i call my docter?

Anytime you have any questions about what happened or what you were given at the doctor, you should call.

You can also check with your pharmacist, sometimes they know more about strange side effects than you Dr. does. Drugs are their speciality.

The drug ultram is a non-narcotic opiate thats why it causes itching much like narcotics do. I've been on it for 6 months. If you take with food you'll have much less nausea feeling.

Definitely take it with food. Also, it sounds like your dose is too high -- how much are you taking? Try lowering your dose.
