zionspegasus Junior Member Join Date: Oct 2002 Location: Elizabethtown, Ky, USA Posts: 17	Some drs have prescribed zyprexa as needed, but in general this is not recommended and is not as effective. Depakote is usually taken longer term to stabalize moods rather than as needed.
