You can reduce your blood pressure more by adding supplements of Magnesium 250 mg, Flaxseed 1,000 mg and Vitamin C 500 mg as I did and today I haven't taken my medication still by blood pressure is 125/92 which is a good thing for me

. I didn't exercise for 2 days so I hope that tommorow it will be 120/85.
