Echinacea and Chamomile

The past couple of days my bp has been amazingly low... between 114/71 and 119/77....of course I have been home and relaxed and checked it with my home moniter, but it usually does not go that low ever without medication. So the only things that have changed within the past week or so is I stopped taking a sleeping aid medication (amitriptyline) ...and I've been sick so I have been taking Echinacea extracts.. and drinking chamomile tea to relax me before bed. I find this drop in bp really surprising since I have not been exercising lately due to this illness. Any possible explanation's based on what I've said?
