Yes! Go to your dermatologist. I don't know how expensive it is without insurance but, it is worth it anyway. Never try to remove one yourself. You could get an infection and, then it would be worse than it was when it was just a mole. Plus, if you don't get to the root, it could just grow back anyway.
Most times when a mole is removed, it is sent to a lab and tested to make sure that it is negative for any skin diseases. Without insurance, I don't know what they will do. But, discuss all of that with your doctor. I am sure they will be happy to tell you all you need to know.
