Non acid reflux

Hi,
I have been dealing with chronic hoarseness for several year, now. The list of doctors visited is large, ENTs, Allergists, Gastros as well as my GP.
THey diagnose excess mucous on my vocal chords, swelling sudden coughing fits.. From these variety of doctors I was given, advair, admanex, singulair, nasonexe tc;, but all resperatory meds. One ENT finally gave me nexium for, suspected reflux. I'v had endoscopies which did not reveal any significant but showed a small patch of healing tissueon my esopheagus.
My respiratory conditions continue to exhist after using the nexium as well as protonix prilosec and numerous lifestyle changes, (Including losing 30lbs.!)
My hoarseness continues (Did I mention I was a singer as well?
I have done extensive research which indicated the because one does not have heartburn or is still having atypical symptoms after PPI treatment does not mean that reflux is not the cause. To this I say Halleluia! Now to find the Doctors who actually follow this. I had an appoint yesterday armed with my symptoms and this new info ready to advance to the next step of Ambulatory PH testing to see If I would be a good Fundo candidate. What do I get? One more round of meds this time zegerid and told come back if it doesn't get better. Well after 2 years of other prazoles, I am not hopeful. What a lot of people don't realize is even those meds may stop the acid but they don't stop the reflux itself. And this material although not acidic can still be harmful to the throat especially.
My dilemma (sorry for the long dissertation) is how can I find a Dr. who is enlightened in this problem and ready to take the next step in research to see if fundo, or stretta will help me? No more PPIs.... HELP!
