Avelox and Alcohol

im taking Avelox for my nimonia (wrong spelling) and was wondering if drinking alcohol while taking it would be alright

You should avoid alcohol while taking Avelox. You shouldn't be drinking at all if you have pneumonia, either. Alcohol may prevent your infection from responding to the medication, and lengthen your healing time.
