depreesing spots

hi. av these really irritating spots that grow under my skin and form a really noticable lump! but there's never a head so if i try to squeaze them it just really hurts!!
anyone who has ever had these or knows of anything that will help me i would be really greatfull as my boyfriend keeps making nasty coments about them an im feeling really crap!!!!1

Hi leigh,

you poor thing. Mean boyfriend too! where do they tend to grow? It sounds a bit like a boil, but might not be. There is a skin conditon which tends to effect underarms, breasts etc.
